Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) , also known as Tapping, is a simple yet comprehensive technique.  It is a process of stimulating energy pathways in the body coupled with activating key regions of the brain. This is done by tapping on key acupuncture points on the head, trunk, hands and fingers while verbally stimulating thoughts and emotions.  Blocked energy is released and new neurological pathways are built.  Symptoms subside, leading to a sense of well being and balance.  

For the past twelve years, Stephanie has been using EFT to successfully treat depression, anxiety, insomnia, simple phobias and trauma.  The results have been powerful with high client satisfaction.   Once learned, clients can use it are their own without supervision.
