My name is Stephanie Solar and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist.  I work with individuals and couples in my private practice through Telehealth in California and Oregon.  With over twenty-four years experience, I work with a broad range of clients who have a variety of issues like depression, anxiety, stress, grief, parenting and relationship issues.  I am  currently expanding my practice to include folks who have retired or in the process of doing so.  Through blending traditional psychotherapeutic methods with contemporary based mindfulness techniques and Emotional Freedom Technique (Tapping), I support my clients in resolving their issues and achieving their goals.

Stephanie has been a Soto Zen practitioner for over three decades.  She went through Lay Ordination in 2013 and integrates Buddhist Psychology and practice into her work with clients.
